This promotional inspection covers standard visual assessment only and includes examination of roofing materials, gutters, flashing, and general structural condition from ground level and accessible roof areas. Advanced diagnostic services, thermal imaging, moisture detection, drone inspections, or detailed engineering assessments are available for additional fees and are not included in the complimentary service. Limited to residential properties within our standard 30-mile service area as measured from our primary service location.

Inspection appointments are subject to weather conditions and may require rescheduling due to rain, snow, ice, or high wind conditions that create unsafe working environments. Property owner or authorized representative must be present during inspection to provide access and receive findings report. Additional services such as minor repairs, gutter cleaning, or emergency tarping are available at standard rates and require separate authorization.

Results provided in written format within 48 hours of inspection completion. Recommendations and cost estimates based on visual assessment only and final pricing may vary upon detailed evaluation if repair services are requested. One inspection per calendar year per property address. Multi-unit properties require separate appointments for each individual unit. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
